In order to effectively improve the comprehensive management level of team leaders and strive to build a team of gold medal propaganda team leaders that can effectively promote corporate culture and management concepts, HL conducted a "Gold Medal Propaganda Team Leader" observation and evalsuation activity.In the end, Liang Jianwei, the team leader of non-adjustment product group, was awarded the honorary title of "Gold Medal Propaganda Team Leader" in the first quarter of 2024.
On February 21st, HL organized leaders who participated in this observation and evalsuation activity to observe the pre-shift meeting of the non-adjustment group. At the meeting, Liang Jianwei, in accordance with the key points proposed by president He Kehong on the work summary and employee representative conference in 2023 ,based on the actual work situation, elaborated in detail on the reduction of quality costs and made specific arrangements for the team's quality work goals for 2024.
General manager Yang Liping, presented the reward to Liang Jianwei, and made requirements to carry out the activity. He pointed out that selecting the "Gold Medal Propaganda Team Leader" is a new measure taken by the company's Propaganda Department in 2024 to improve the implementation of propaganda work. Starting from 2023, HL transformed "enhancing the execution ability" to "one pre-shift meeting," "two interviews," and "three exposures," various departments have attached great importance to how to hold good pre-shift meetings and how to improve the quality of pre-shift meetings. HL's management requirements have been effectively improved, and the quality of pre-shift meetings in various departments has also been continuously improving. 2024 is the year for HL to comprehensively improve work efficiency management with a focus on implementation. Therefore, the quality of pre-shift meetings and whether team leaders can effectively convey the company's management philosophy, management requirements, and management indicators to every employee are crucial.
Finally, Yang Liping expressed his gratitude to the other eight team leaders who participated in the selection.
