In response to the shortage of positions for production operators in plant 2 and plant 3, and the urgent need to strengthen key positions such as heat treatment technicians and salesmen in the international business department, a special work meeting was held to formulate a detailed recruitment plan. Abide by the principle “Do it as soon as you decide, and do it immediately”, the leaders of H&R department set an example and went to Lanzhou and Tianshui to participate in the talent recruitment fairs organized by the provincial and municipal human resources and social departments. At the same time, it made full use of the regional advantages of Gansu Talent Network and Northwest Talent Network, and gave full play to the favorable situation of company after entering the industrial park. In less than a month, more than 70 people were successfully interviewed to join the Hailin team, and quickly took part in the induction training.
      The induction training was scheduled from March 8 to 10, during the time, 65 newly recruited employees with a high school degree or above from four plants and more than ten departments participated in the training.The training specialist of the H&R department collects and sorts out the list of newly recruited employees, formulates a practical training plan, sends training notices, contacts teachers, organizes and implements training and exam. The three-day training schedule includes courses such as "Employee Handbook", "Management Manual", "Human Resources Related Management System", "6S Site Management", "Basic Knowledge of Rolling Bearings", "Social Etiquette" and company-level "Safety Education". After the training on March 10 pm, general manager Bao Guangli led the new employees to visit the exhibition hall of Hailin Company, and once again explained the struggle history of Hailin, shared the spirit of Hailin, and watched the latest promotional video of Hailin to let new employees have a deeper understanding of Hailin's corporate culture.
      During the three-day training process, two exams of "Employee Handbook" and "Safety Education" were organized. All the trainees participated in the exam, with the excellent exam results, the training achieved the expected effect.Wang Junqi from plant 1, Liu Qiao from plant 2, Lei Yan from plant 4, and Tian Mingjun from the wheel hub unit engineering research center ranked in the top four with excellent test scores. The company gave them a cash reward of 300-100 yuan.

      There is a test question in the "Employee Handbook" exam that each new employee can use an idiom to describe his first impression on Hailin Company since he joined the company.
